• keeping the food contained and able to uniformly flip all the food at once I have little experience with barbecue but this will be helpful!I've never used one before so I cut the potatoes a bit too small and some fell through and I put it on the lower section of the grill and burnt a few But all that is operator error Cut the stuff bigger spray it with pam or olive oil and you should be good to go Not real easy to flip but I use welding gloves when I grill so I don't loose all the hair on my arms, so I flipped it with those absolutely wish that the handle was removable from the pan portion I had to let the handles stick out for my grill when I close the lid of the grill. Of course the handle got quite hot and I had to make sure I had hot pad holders to remove the panOnly gripe is I wish you could remove the entire handle without having to touch your hands on the 2 prongs that obviously get very very hot Other than that does what it's supposed to and has ample roomI was late to the grilling game but just got a new Propane grill for an early Father’s Day I bought this grill baskek nowing that we love loads of veggies shrimp Kabobs fish, and other foods that can present a challenge on the regular grillI have used it almost every day since! The best part is the design, with the removable handle for cleaning.Grilling one side, then flipping, tossing, and turning in one move is the best Love it! While it says dishwasher safe I prefer to clean it in the sink after a few minutes of soaking.
